Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Kayf-Ko. Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any food products, including spices, seasonings, and blends.

No Returns or Cancellations

  • All sales are final once processed.

  • We do not accept cancellations after an order has shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Email us at info@kayf-ko.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We will review the case and, if approved, offer a replacement or a refund.

Return Shipping

In rare cases where a return is authorized, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, a gift credit may be issued for eligible cases. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
