Order Cancellation:

  • Right to Cancel: You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without providing any reason.​

  • Cancellation Period: The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods or when a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by you, takes possession of the delivered product.​

Returns:

  • Eligibility: Due to health protection and hygiene reasons, we only accept returns of unopened items in their original, sealed packaging. Opened or tampered products cannot be returned or refunded.​

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.​

  • Non-Returnable Items: Customized or personalized products, perishable goods, and items not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons that were unsealed after delivery cannot be returned.​

Return Process:

  2. Once approved, securely package the unopened product in its original packaging and include proof of purchase.​

  • If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.​

  • If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.​
